FYI -
I have nothing to do with this auction but there are 2 good quality
pictures worth checking out as well as a pic of the ticket stub.
It looks like a guy was front and center filming the show. I know this
is the same show that is currently available on CD but does anyone have
any more info? (like where is the film footage?)

"Rare Jimi Hendrix Experience Ticket Stub, Atwood Hall, Clark
University, Worcester, MA, March 15, 1968 with two photographs taken
that evening at the concert."

Not new but somewhat rarely seen. Quite a spate of curiosities making
their way to public view thanks to the Internet and the lure of cold
hard cash.

It's fun to look at old film footage and speculate about all the
flashbulbs going off. Even in some of the old still photos from
newspapers of the day you can see dozens of flashes mid-pop away off
up in the seats.

I do know a couple people who aren't collectors who scrounged their
attics & cupboards once word got 'round that Janie was flashing the
green around. One guy got $12,000 for 24, I think it was, shots he'd
forgotten he'd even taken during one of Jimi's Seattle stops.

There is much, much more still in the amateur vaults. And some choice
tidbits amongst the stores of some more serious flamekeepers, too.
Let's keep our fingers crossed.
